Getting Around at the Conference
Please park in the 3rd Avenue Garage and then cross the street to INTO Marshall (East Hall). Friday attendees can pick up free parking passes from the conference team at the INTO center. The pass must be displayed prominently a car window to avoid being ticketed.
On Saturday, attendees can park for free in the parking lot of Joan C. Edwards Stadium, located at 2001 3rd Ave, Huntington, WV 25703, and walk to INTO Marshall. After parking, cross the stadium parking lot near the Rec Center. Exit the parking lot on the 20th Street side and walk across 20th Street to campus. From there, walk past the Rec Center, North and South dormitories, and continue to the INTO Center.
We recommend that attendees park at the stadium if at all possible. Alternatively, there is limited street parking available on 3rd Avenue for 25 cents per hour. These city meters take quarters only. If using these metered spots, park in front of the Cam Henderson Center or in front of Laidley Hall to shorten your walk to the INTO Center. Attendees who need further assistance with mobility may contact Conference Chair Amine Oudghiri-Otmani at email@example.com to discuss other arrangements.
